This is the alcohol-free version. I used to also have the one with alcohol (green label) and I found that to be too strong. It's eskinol-strong, like putting regular alcohol in your face. It stings and it sucks. To save that, I mixed it with this alcohol-free toner.
This alcohol-free toner by itself doesn't do me anything. It says in the label that it's for sensitive to dry skin. I have sensitive and combination skin. (Combination: dry on some areas and oily on the t-zone). Obviously, I need something a little stronger than this.
I would recommend this for young people who aren't oily. It doesn't improve the skin (meaning from bad to good) but I think it's a good starter for kids who don't have too much skin issues yet.
Paragraph writing is also a fun, if you know after that you can write if not it is complex to write.
